Our founder Fazal Rahiman, after his graduation, like so many students across Kerala, walked straight into a reality that nobody had prepared him for. The job he landed didn't match what he had studied in the classroom. The skills the industry demanded were never part of the syllabus. He wasn't alone — the majority of bright, talented graduates entering the industry were confronting the same: lack of industrial exposure, outdated syllabi and a job market that values experienced professionals, not merely certificate holders.
This gap between what we are taught and what the world actually seeks stayed with Fazal for a long time. In 2011, driven by a deep sense of purpose, he found the solution — Blitz Academy, a promise to every young mind who had ever felt lost like he once did. Not merely another institute, but a bridge: between potential and profession, between education and employment, between the students they are and the professionals they always dreamt of becoming.
Today, Blitz Academy has grown from a single centre to campuses across Kochi, Calicut and Bangalore — moulding innumerable students across multiple industries and transforming them into confident, job-ready professionals.
